We believe that we are only as good as the team members we surround ourselves with, and are beyond excited to bring another coach on board! This role is for a Coach who is looking to lead7+ group classes per weekwhile also building and growing apersonal training and/or semi-private training roster.
- ● Employment Status:Part-time (opportunity to build to full-time)

6-10 classes per week (opportunity to build upon that class load) Monday evenings, 4:30pm and 5:30pm Tuesday evenings, 4:30pm and 5:30pm Thursday mornings, 5:00am, 6:00am, 7:00am Rotating Saturday morning classes, 8:00am, 9:15am, 10:30am Rotating Sunday morning classes, 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am ● Personal Training
- Build and manage your own PT and/or small-group client roster
Work with clients on strength, performance, body composition, and long-term progress Be supported by Bolt’s marketing, sales, and front-desk team to help you grow ● Benefits

Free gym membership for partner/spouse Discounts to large fitness brands (LSKD, TYR, Vuori) Stipend for continuing education Retirement Account and Health Benefits (after 30 hours of training/admin has been achieved) ● Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma Degree in Exercise related field Certification from NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, CrossFit or another nationally accredited agency Specialty certifications are encouraged. It is preferred that all candidates have a primary group exercise certification AND specialty cert. Possess current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications Personal Training Insurance Leadership abilities Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm Strong communication skills 2-3 year of prior group fitness and personal training experience Outgoing and personable with a desire to build relationships within and outside the community Loves coaching, learning, and being part of a team Genuine desire to inspire and motivate others Comfortable leading a 20-24 person class with music and lots of energy in the room Comfortable demoing and cueing a variety of exercises including: olympic lifts, powerlifting, pull-ups, kettlebell movements, and more.
