Who You Are Movement Specialist:You have a deep passion for functional variety. No two ULTIFIT workouts are ever the same, and you excel at leading high-energy sessions that keep members leveling up through unique H.I.I.T. and OC Fusion (Obstacle Course) circuits. The Ultimate Encourager:You live by the mantraProgress over Perfection.You can motivate a seasoned athlete while simultaneously providing a welcoming, non-judgmental environment for a newcomer. A Technical Expert:You prioritize safety, mobility, and stability above all else. You have a sharp eye for exercise technique, posture, and spinal alignment to ensure our members stay strong and injury-free. Your Role Lead the Experience:Facilitate high-energy, coach-led sessions that combine functional strength, cardio, and ninja-style obstacle training. Personalize the Group:Ensure every member gets detailed, individual attention. You’ll be expected to provide regressions or progressions on the fly to meet a client’s specific needs or physical limitations. Track the Win:Assist with ourPush4Progress6-week assessments, helping members track measurable strength and mobility goals rather than just the number on a scale. Collaborate:Discuss daily, weekly, and monthly goals, with your ULTIFIT colleagues ensuring the gym culture remains elite. Be the Best Part of Their Day:Our coaches are the heartbeat of the gym. • Morning Squad:Early morning sessions (5:30 – 9:30 AM).
