Independent Strength Coach / Personal Trainer

• Strength Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced coach to join our team in the DFW area.
• Strength Therapy is a fully equipped strength and conditioning facility in Colleyville, TX offering an open-access hub for independent coaches and personal trainers.

This is not a traditional employment position. We offer professional trainers the opportunity to operate their own business inside an established training space through a revenue split model allowing full control over your schedule and clientele.

• Our facility has been part of the local fitness community since 2020 and provides a performance-focused environment designed for coaches who want autonomy without the cost of opening their own gym.
• Ideal candidates are trainers who already work independently, travel to clients, or want a consistent home base to grow their business.
• This role is ideal for a trainer who already has momentum in their career, values coaching at a high level, and wants to be part of a professional, supportive environment—not a side-hustle setup.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of professional training experience (3–5 years preferred)

An existing book of business (minimum 5–10 active clients) Ability to work nights and weekends as needed Operates within the DFW area Passion for coaching, client results, and continued growth Important details

• This is not a 1099 contractor role

You will be an at-will employee of Strength Therapy Drug test & background screening required
