Pay Rate: $30–$45 per hour (based on experience & credentials) Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time / Contract (flexible)

Position Summary: We are seeking experienced, skilled, and motivated health and fitness professionals to join our multidisciplinary clinic. Candidates will deliver high-quality, client-centered services—including individualized exercise programs, movement coaching, behavior change support, and group or one-on-one sessions—aligned with clinical goals and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Assess clients’ fitness level, movement patterns, medical history, and goals. Design and implement safe, evidence-based exercise and (Pilates programs) tailored to individual needs. Provide one-on-one personal training, small-group sessions, and/or Pilates/yoga instruction. Offer health coaching: goal-setting, lifestyle modification, nutrition guidance (within scope), and motivational support. Communicate and collaborate with clinic staff (therapists, physicians) to support integrated care. Track client progress, document sessions, and update programs based on outcomes. Maintain a professional, welcoming environment and adhere to clinic policies and safety protocols. Promote client retention and participate in community outreach or workshops as needed. Qualifications Certified in one or more of the following (required): personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM), Pilates (e.g., Polestar, STOTT, BASI, comprehensive mat or apparatus certification), health coaching (e.g., NBHWC or equivalent preferred). Strong clinical or rehabilitative experience preferred—experience working with injury, chronic pain, post-rehab clients is a plus. CPR/AED certification (current). Excellent communication, motivational coaching, and client-management skills. Professional liability insurance preferred or willingness to obtain. Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or related field is preferred but not required for experienced candidates. Desired Skills Proficiency in movement assessment and corrective exercise. Ability to adapt programs for a diverse client population and varying abilities. Strong organizational skills and ability to document care accurately. Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to ongoing professional development.
