Mobile Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Trainer

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Mobile Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Trainer to provide in-home and on-site fitness services to clients of all ages, including seniors. This role requires traveling to clients’ homes, workplaces, or community spaces to deliver personalized training sessions and group classes. The ideal candidate is adaptable, client-focused, and skilled at creating safe, effective workouts in a variety of environments. Key Responsibilities Travel to client locations (homes, parks, offices, senior communities) to conduct personal and group training sessions Design customized fitness programs based on client goals, fitness levels, and health conditions Lead group fitness classes for mixed-age participants, including senior-friendly sessions Modify exercises to accommodate mobility limitations, injuries, and chronic conditions Perform fitness assessments and track client progress over time Educate clients on proper form, injury prevention, and general wellness habits Bring and manage portable fitness equipment (e.g., resistance bands, dumbbells, mats) Ensure a safe training environment in various settings Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals Maintain scheduling, client records, and communication Key Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer

Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience training a wide range of clients, including seniors Strong understanding of functional fitness, mobility, and balance training Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule

Independent, on-the-go work with flexible scheduling Exposure to varying weather conditions for outdoor session Physical Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate exercises and proper techniques

Transport and carry portable fitness equipment (up to ~50 lbs) Active movement, standing, and coaching for extended periods Compensation
