Personal Trainer

• Personal Trainer (Country Club Fitness Center)

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional Personal Trainer to join our country club fitness team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized fitness programs to members, promoting overall wellness, and providing exceptional member experience consistent with a luxury club environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized training programs based on member goals Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions Educate members on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and lifestyle habits Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fitness environment Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and engagement Promote personal training services and assist in growing the club’s fitness revenue Monitor member progress and adjust programs as needed Collaborate with other departments (e.g., spa, tennis, aquatics) to support overall wellness offerings Stay current with fitness trends, certifications, and best practices Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or equivalent)

CPR/AED certification (current) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in a fitness center, health club, or hospitality setting preferred Preferred Skills

• Experience working with diverse populations (beginners, seniors, athletes)

Knowledge of nutrition coaching (within scope of practice) Group fitness instruction experience is a plus
