Part-Time Small Group Personal Trainer

Alloy Personal Training in Palos Verdes is hiring a part-time certified personal trainer to coach small group sessions (3-6 clients per session) using our proven Alloy method. Our clients are primarily adults 40+ who want results in a supportive, non-intimidating environment — no big-box gym vibes and no sales pressure.

• Compensation: $28–$40/hour DOE

Hours: 10–15 hours/week, including some early mornings and/or early evenings. Weekend availability a plus. What youll do

• Coach small group personal training sessions using Alloys structured programming

Customize within the program to meet individual client needs and abilities Build genuine relationships with clients and track their progress session-to-session Maintain a clean, welcoming, professional studio environment What were looking for

• Current nationally-recognized PT certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)
