POSITION SUMMARY CPF’s free Senior Fitness Program reaches thousands of seniors each year at citywide parks, providing much- needed exercise and activity for adults 60 and over. In addition to the health benefits, seniors are engaged both mentally and emotionally with others throughout the course of the program.
