<p>Snap Fitness Casper is hiring ACE-certified personal trainers on a 1099 independent contractor basis. We provide the facility, equipment, and member base. You provide the credentials, the work, and the training.</p> <h3>Compensation</h3> <ul><li>60% to trainer, 40% to gym on all completed sessions Bumps to 70/30 once you sell over $2,000/month in PT Paid on the 5th of each month Revenue recognized only on completed sessions (unused, refunded, or expired sessions do not pay out)</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>Current ACE (or equivalent) personal training certification, kept active Current CPR and AED certifications Commercial general liability insurance at $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, at your expense, with proof of coverage before your first session Willingness to operate as a 1099 contractor and handle your own tax withholding</li></ul> <h3>What you will do</h3> <ul><li>Train Snap Fitness members at the Casper, WY location Run new-member fitness assessments and consultations as part of onboarding Sell, schedule, and book all sessions through Glofox (no outside-system payments) Engage members on the floor and build your own book of business Maintain a professional standard and abide by all Snap Fitness policies</li></ul> <h3>Terms worth knowing up front</h3> <ul><li>All pricing and packages must be approved by ownership before being offered Minimum monthly performance standards (revenue or session volume) may apply after an onboarding period 12-month non-solicit applies after termination.
