Duties Lead and instruct Crossfit classes, providing guidance and motivation to participants Develop and implement effective workout programs that align with the goals and abilities of individuals and groups Demonstrate proper techniques for exercises and movements, ensuring safety and injury prevention Provide modifications and progressions for participants with different fitness levels or limitations Educate participants on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals Assist with fitness sales, including promoting memberships and additional services Requirements
- Certified Crossfit Coach with a strong background in fitness coaching
Experience in CrossFit is a must Ability to cycle through different class formats and adapt to the needs of participants Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct, motivate, and educate participants Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for members Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
