Classes are a mix of strength and conditioning using the CrossFit methodology. You will be expected to effectively warmup and prepare athletes of mixed ability and ages and how to appropriately scale movements and workouts for them if needed. A thorough understanding of CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Interval Training and Nutrition is essential. A CrossFit L1 certification preferred and a strong desire for ongoing training and development.
