REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Hospitality

Exempt/non-exempt : Non-exempt

FUNCTION: Responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and programming of theFitness Center. This role oversees staff, independent instructors, facilities, budgeting, andcommunity wellness initiatives. The Manager ensures the Fitness Center delivers high-quality fitness, longevity, and wellness experiences while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for members. Ensures that all support and service isconducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the ONE BRAYS Leadership Credo. Essential Duties

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health, Business, or related field preferred. Personal training or group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or similar). Knowledge: Prior experience managing a fitness facility, wellness center, or similar environment. Computer knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of fitness programming, personal training, and group exercise. Skills: Must demonstrate highly effective interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and advance communication skills. Strong leadership and staff management skills. Experience: 2-4 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment a must. Budget management and administrative experience preferred.
